We use secure, third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. Bathy’s Beach Towels does not store your payment details. Supported payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship within Australia. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. We take care to pack your order well, but once it leaves us, delivery timelines are in the hands of the carrier.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work to sort it out.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All photography on this website is original work by Justine Bath. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, print, or distribute the images in any form without written permission.
