Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to request a return within this timeframe. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging where possible

Return Shipping
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We’ll cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund – regardless of whether the item was on sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
Need a different style or colour? Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll help arrange an exchange once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:

- Final sale items (unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.
